General Information

1. Unlimited voice calls are provided only for domestic calls. The provided voice calls and messages are only for domestic use, and the remaining amount that is not used cannot be carried over in the following month.

[Phone Plan Change and Cancellation]
1. When canceling/changing/subscribing to a monthly phone plan, the changes from the date are applied, and the fixed monthly rate of the plan and the basic package (data and video calls) will be recalculated based on the number of remaining days in the month. (However, the phone plan cannot be changed again within one month from the date of the change).
2. Depending on the type of plan, if the customer receives differential benefits from the company and changes the original selected rate plan within the contract period, the company may charge a change fee within the scope of the benefit. 3. For lines using less than 10 minutes of voice calls and less than 50MB of data for M+3 months from the date of sign-up, discounts may be suspended and rights may be terminated.

[New Subscription]

- When signing up for a new subscription, it is registered as 010 number, and you can choose the last 4 digits of the desired number.
- Customers with unpaid, overdue bills from other telecommunication carriers cannot sign up. (However, prepaid subscriptions are possible).

[Number Transfer]

- This term is applied when switching a phone plan to another telecommunication carrier on the same number.
- Customers with 011, 016, 017, 018, 019 number prefixes will be changed to 010 when switching a phone plan to another telecommunication carrier. (If the existing prefix is 010, the prefix will not change).
- Customers with unpaid, overdue bills from other telecommunication carriers cannot sign up for number portability. (Subscription is available after settling the payment).
- Switching to another telecom carrier is only possible after 3 months of a new subscription (명의변경/transfer to ID card).
- It is not possible to switch a canceled/blocked number to another telecom carrier.
- For iPhone users, please provide additional information other than the mobile phone serial number in the number portability authentication section pf the application form. (Only numbers can be entered).
